APPLICATION PROCESS
Documents for attestation from Embassy of United Arab Emirates Islamabad can be submitted to AlAmtar.
Documents can only be submitted by the title holder, blood relatives of the title holder. No other submission will be entertained.
AlAmtar has not authorized any individual or any office in Pakistan or abroad to collect documents on their behalf.

Attestation Charges (Per document) = USD 41/- (wef. 20/09/2022) ONLY FRESH NOTES ARE ACCEPTED.(The notes must be fresh and not mutilated. There should be no print or writing on the notes. The notes should be in 10’s, 20’s & 1 single.)
Service Charges (Per document)= Rs: 200/-
Total Charges (Per document) = as above

Monday to Friday: From 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Saturday: Off.
Sunday: Off.
PROCESSING TIME
Attestation process usually takes 2 – 4 working days except Legal documents that may take longer.
AlAmtar will keep the customers informed through SMS.
Collection Timings: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 04:00pm.
Original receipt has to be presented for collection.
Before applying, please ensure to complete all formalities laid down by the embassy for document attestation.
TYPE OF DOCUMENTS & PREREQUISITES FOR ATTESTATION
- Matric / Intermediate Certificate
Prior attestation from IBCC & Ministry of Foreign Office, Government of Pakistan (MOFA). Applicants C.N.I.C & Passport copy. Name to be identical in all documents.(Incase of Married women then nikanama copy to be attached as well) - Bachelor / Master Degree/Ph.D
Prior attestation from Higher Education Commission (HEC) & Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Government of Pakistan (MOFA). Applicants C.N.I.C & Passport copy. Name to be identical in all documents. (Incase of Married women then nikanama copy to be attached as well) - Diploma (1 TO 2 YEARS)
“ATTESTATION HAS BEEN STOPPED”. Either Matric/ Intermediate Certificate / Degree has to be attested along with the Diploma. Prior attestation from NAVTTC & Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Government of Pakistan (MOFA). Applicants C.N.I.C & Passport copy. Name to be identical in all documents.(Incase of Married women then nikanama copy to be attached as well) - Diploma (3 YEARS)
Either Matric/ Intermediate Certificate / Degree has to be attested along with the Diploma. Prior attestation from IBCC & Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Government of Pakistan (MOFA). Applicants C.N.I.C & Passport copy. Name to be identical in all documents.(Incase of Married women then nikanama copy to be attached as well) - Degree of Chartered Accountant
Degree should be attested from Head Office Karachi or Lahore & Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Government of Pakistan (MOFA). Along with sealed verification letter from issuing authority addressed to UAE Embassy with copy of CNIC & Passport.(Incase of Married women then nikanama copy to be attached as well) - School leaving certificate
Computerized on Original letterpad of School, Prior attestation from IBCC (for Government school) or PEIRA (for Private schools in Islamabad) or District Education Officer (for schools in other cities). Prior attestation from MOFA. C.N.I.C, passport & Visa copy of Father & Mother. Passport & Visa Copy of Child. OR Original Letter from UAE School requiring UAE Embassy attested School Leaving Certificate. Laminated paper and shine paper are not acceptable. - Marriage Registration Certificate
A. Must be signed and stamped by Union Council. Prior attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). C.N.I.C & copies of Passport of both Husband & Wife. Husband’s name be mentioned in the wife’s passport and NIC. ORIGINAL NIC OF WIFE (with husband name ) REQUIRED.
B. For FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (FRC) NADRA ISSUED. Prior attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). NIC & Passport copies of all the family members mentioned in FRC. ORIGINAL NIC OF WIFE (with husband name ) REQUIRED. - Electronic Birth Certificate
Must be signed and stamped by Union Council. Prior attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Copies of C.N.I.C. & Passports of both Father & Mother. Passport Copy of Child. Visa copy of father or Mother. - Death Certificate
Must be signed and Stamped by Union Council. Prior attestation from MOFA. Copy of CNIC & Passport of deceased. - Police Character Certificate
Issued from District Police Officer (DPO). Attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Copies of C.N.I.C & Passport of applicant. ATTESTATTION MAY TAKE LONGER - Vaccination Certificate for Covid -19
Should be issued from National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA/NIMS). Must be attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Pakistan. Copy of NIC & passport. - A. Diplomas Certificate related to Medical professionals PMDC Registered.
Either Matric/ Intermediate Certificate / Degree has to be attested along with the Diploma. Prior attestation from National Regulations and Services (N.R.S) & Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Copies of Applicants CNIC & Passport. - B. Diplomas certificate issued by armed forces institute
Either Matric/ Intermediate Certificate / Degree has to be attested along with the Diploma. Prior attestation from Ministry of Defense & MOFA. Applicants CNIC & Passport copies. - Finger Prints
Should be attested from MOFA along with CNIC, Passport and Purpose for which it is required. - Succession and Guardianship Certificate
- Experience Certificate
To be on Original Letter pad of organization. Relevant Degree will be also be attested. Should be attested from concerned Ministry & MOFA. Copies of Applicants CNIC & Passport. - Medical Experience Certificate
Should be attested from National Regulations and Services Islamabad (N.R.S.) and MOFA. Copies of CNIC & Passport should be attached. Degree will also be attested from UAE Embassy. - Nursing Diploma , Experience Certificates
Should be attested from National Regulations and Services (N.R.S.) and Nursing Council and MOFA. Copy of CNIC & passport should be attached. Matric or Intermediate Certificate will also be attested by UAE Embassy along with the Diploma. - Diploma of Paramedical professional
Should be attested from National Regulations and Services Islamabad (N.R.S.) and MOFA. CNIC & Passport copy of applicant should be attached. Matric or Inter Certificate will also be attested by UAE Embassy along with the Diploma. - F.I.R. for loss of Passport
“ATTESTATION HAS BEEN STOPPED”. Original F.I.R & its English Translation on Original Letterhead pad of the Translation Centre. Lost passport number must be mentioned in both the documents. Both original and translation should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) with copies of CNIC, old passport & visa attached and also Original Letter from Sponsor. - Medical Treatment Certificate
Medical certificate should be attested by the Civil Surgeon of Service Hospital or Medical Superintendent of the same region (with the original stamp and name of the signatory.
Should be on the Original Letterhead of doctor or Hospital along with the serial number, date and contact number (Landline) of the hospital or doctor (With the original stamp & name of the Signatory).
Copy of Medical Examination /tests or Hospital record to prove the purpose.
Date of admission, date of discharge and ailment should be clearly mentioned.
Attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
Copy of NIC & Passport.
- General & Special Power of Attorney from Pakistan for compensation.
Arabic Translation is a must. Both to be Attested from MOFA. CNIC & Passport copies of all the parties mentioned in the POA. All legal documents should be presented at AlAmtarcounter as requirements differ from case to case basis.
Colored scan copies of CNIC, Passport & Valid visa to be attached. DURATION 30 TO 45 WORKING DAYS - Divorce Certificate
Divorce Certificate Issued from Union Council or Arbitration Council. Must be signed and Stamped from Union Council. Prior attestation from MOFA. Copies of Husband & Wife CNIC & Passports.
Note
Forged/Fake/ tampered documents will be confiscated (without any liability to us) and holder/presenter will be liable for prosecution.
Customer’s copy of receipt must be submitted at the time of delivery of documents, without which no claim will be entertained.
No amount over and above the stated fee mentioned on the receipt should be paid to anyone.
Documents once deposited in the Embassy can only be returned after completion of attestation process. No refund or return is possible while the documents are in the embassy.
Documents must be collected back within a maximum period of 45 days, failing which AlAmtar International will not be responsible for misplacement / loss/ damage.
On the specific request of the customer the documents can be returned to the designated address through courier at the actual cost..
